We have a check-in time of 4pm to 7pm and we can accommodate an early or late check-in if you let us know what time you expect to arrive. We ask that you keep in contact with us while your traveling if there are any delays.
Check-out time is 11am and a late check out can be accommodated for an extra fee and prior approval.
We accept credit cards to hold your reservation and you will not be charged until the day of check-in.
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy and ask that you cancel your reservation as soon as possible if you know that you can not keep your reservation.
We do accept children in the carriage house and the cottage. We can also accommodate children in third floor suite as long as they understand there is no running in the room and on the stairs. All children must be accompanied by an adult while in the house or on the property.
All the animals are our pets and we are happy to share them with our guest. They are animals, so we must escort you in to the pen to enjoy how social they can be. Our cats are indoor and outdoor cats and you can either invite them in to your room or shut them out.
We are a non-smoking facility, so no smoking in the rooms or in the house. Smoking is allowed out on the patio area and the yard.
